At Cacala we make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We promptly ship most items within 1-2 days, Mondays through Saturdays. Due to our commitment to ethical trading practices and our worker’s welfare, we are closed for public holidays. Please provide us with your current email address at checkout so that we can notify you of the shipping date and tracking information. Most packages are shipped with signature required for your safety. These are the average shipping times:

• Canada: 4-5 business days.

We do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible, however tightening of borders due to Covid-19, holidays, and other unforeseen events can cause delays that are out of our control.

We do not charge additional fees - however rules and regulations can vary from country to country. Some countries add customs duties and taxes for shipping personal items.
